Privacy notice

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through the iftaflow.com website. It covers this marketing website only. The IFTAflow application will have its own privacy policy before it opens to customers.

What we collect

When you submit the pilot program form we receive the details you enter: your name, firm name, work email, optional phone number, the approximate number of carrier clients and trucks you handle, and any message you write.

How we use it

We use these details only to contact you about the IFTAflow pilot program and the product. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to third-party mailing lists.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, which also filters spam. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep pilot requests for as long as we are in contact with you about IFTAflow, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent by replying to any email from us or by sending a note through the contact form.
